I didn't receive my reset email or text message

Password Reset
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it here: https://registrationgateway.lochlomond-trossachs.org/forgot-password

To reset your password, please enter your email address in the field provided and select the "Send password reset link" button. Providing the email address you've entered is correct and you have already registered using this email address, you will receive an email containing a reset password link. (Please be aware, for security reasons, this link will expire after 60 minutes).

When you select this link, you will have the option to enter a new password, save it, and login.

For accounts that have been set up using a phone number, please ensure you select the "Use phone number instead?" link at the URL above and enter your phone number in the field provided.

Not received the Password Reset Email?
If you didn't receive your forgotton password email:
  1. Please check that there are no typos in the email address you've entered
  2. Are you sure you've registered with this email address? If not, please try to register again here
  3. If your email address is correct and you have registered with it, please check your email's spam or junk folder
If you still cannot find your reset password email, please submit a ticket here.

Not receiving the Password Reset text message?
There are a number of reasons why you may not have received your password reset text message. Sometimes there may be delays caused by your network or issues with the SMS service provider. Therefore, please wait for some time as the message might eventually come through. You can also try to retrigger another message by following the same process again.

Otherwise, please refer to these other possible reasons and solutions:
  1. Poor or no network coverage in your area. If this is the reason, please move to a location with better signal strength, or try restarting your phone to reconnect to the network.
  2. Your phone might have settings that block SMS messages. Check if "Do Not Disturb" mode is on, and ensure that SMS messaging isn't blocked in your messaging app settings.
  3. Your SIM card might not be functioning properly. Fix this by removing and reinserting the SIM card, or try it in another phone to see if it works.
  4. If your SMS inbox is full, new messages might not be delivered. If so, please delete old messages to free up space.
  5. If you are abroad (outside the UK), there may be issues receiving messages. Please ensure international messaging is enabled on your account.
  6. Finally, it may be that your device's software needs updating. Please check for and install any available updates for your phone's operating system
